Standard Bank Securities Limited (SBSL) is a wholly owned subsidiary of Standard Islami Bank PLC. The Company was incorporated as a Public Limited Company under the Companies Act, 1994, and obtained its Certificate of Incorporation (No. C-105752/12) on 26 November 2012.
SBSL commenced its commercial operations in June 2013 and is a Corporate TREC Holder of the Dhaka Stock Exchange PLC (DSE) under TREC No. 156.
