Eligibility

Required Documents for Individual Account Opening
Completed Account Opening Form, including Transaction Profile (TP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) information.
Two recent passport-size photographs of the account holder, duly attested by the introducer.
Introducer’s signature on the Account Opening Form and on the reverse side of the account holder’s photograph(s).
Photocopy of a valid identification document, such as:
National Identity Card;
Passport;
Driving Licence; or
Ward Commissioner’s Certificate bearing a photograph duly attested by the Ward Commissioner.
Proof of address, such as copies of utility bills for the latest three months.
Up-to-date Taxpayer Identification Number (TIN), if applicable.
Recent passport-size photograph of the nominee.
Photocopy of the nominee’s valid National Identity Card, Passport, or Birth Registration Certificate.
Any additional documents required by the Bank for establishing the customer’s identity, occupation, source of income, or source of funds.
