Eligibility

General Requirements
Completed Account Opening Form, including Transaction Profile (TP) and Know Your Customer (KYC) information.
Two recent passport-size photographs of the proprietor or authorized signatory, duly attested by the introducer.
The introducer’s signature on the Account Opening Form and on the reverse side of the photograph(s) of the proprietor or authorized signatory.
Proof of address, such as copies of utility bills for the latest three months.
A photocopy of any one of the following valid identification documents:
National Identity Card;
Passport;
Driving Licence; or
Ward Commissioner’s Certificate bearing a photograph duly attested by the Ward Commissioner.
