Qualification Requirement:

Candidates from Bangladeshi citizen with MBA/ MBM/ Masters as well as BBA/ BA/ BSS (with 4 Years Integrated Honours) in Accounting/ Management/ Banking/ Finance/ Marketing/ HRM/ Economics/ PoliticalScience/ Sociology/ Psychology/ Physics/ Mathematics/ English/ Statistics/ Agriculture/Public Administration/ International Relations/ Computer Science & Engineering having minimum 2 (two) "First Division" or CGPA 3.00 out of 4.00 & CGPA 4.00 out of 5.00 with no "Third Division” during their entire academic courses. Computer literacy is a must.

§         The words “Application for the post of Probationary Officer” must be written on the top right hand corner of the envelope.

§         The applicants are strictly advised to maintain the prescribed chronology of their Resume. Incomplete applications will be rejected outright.

§         Candidates possessing requisite qualification shall have to sit for written test and only short listed candidates will be called for interview as per the merit list of the written test to complete the selection process.

§         Selected candidates will be appointed on Probation for a period of 1 (One) year with a monthly consolidated pay of Tk. 20,000/- (Taka Twenty Thousand) only. On successful completion of Probation period they will be absorbed as ‘Officer’ under the Bank’s regular pay packages as admissible in the grade.

§         Any kind of persuasion shall be treated as disqualification of the candidate.
